Acts 7:35-37

³⁵ “This Moses, whom they rejected, saying, ‘Who appointed you a ruler and a judge?’^[a] God sent as both ruler and redeemer by the hand of the angel who appeared to him in the bush. ³⁶ He led them out after he had shown wonders and signs in the land of Egypt, and at the Red Sea, and for forty years in the wilderness.

³⁷ “This is the Moses who said to the sons of Israel, ‘The Lord your God will raise up for you a prophet like me from your brothers. Him you shall hear.’^[b]
